SLC

One last adventure before my senior year of college kicks off, to one of my favorite places in the world with an old friend full of adventure! Our week started off with a calm hike on the edge of Big Cottonwood Canyon, but was quickly topped the following day. We summited Patsey Marley, cracked a beer or two, skied and hammock for the day. Salt Lake always has SO much to offer in and outside the city, it would be impossible to visit "too many times". Catching sunsets at Emigration Canyon never disappoints, the sky always glows with color as the city lights begin to flicker on for the night. In Little Cottonwood Canyon we explored a short trail to Hidden Falls, and found a spot over the stream between two trees that just begged for us to hammock there for the day. Our week finished out with a hike on the south side of Olympus, which was cut short by a run-in with a couple of rattle snakes. SLC, you're always so good to me.
