Kayla and her two boys, Rob and Humphrey, invited Tom and I to stay with them in CT to catch up over a few mudslides, soak up the start of summer and take engagement photos. We started off with handfuls of treats and ice cubes for Humphrey, and a bottle of champagne to pop at their stunning home down the street from the harbor where he proposed just a few weeks ago. Rob and Kayla put their blood, sweat, and love into their fixer-upper, and have created a beautiful place to call home and host their loved ones. We packed the cooler and made our way to Hammonasset Beach for an amazing sunset. Once the deep pink sun submerged into the ocean Rob insisted on bringing all of us to one his favorite local spots for drinks and seafood. We ended the night walking Humphrey to the harbor under the stars. I couldn't imagine a more perfect engagement adventure for these two incredible people.
