February, 2019 came to a close in one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen. The midnight busses and cutting-it-close layovers were well worth the weekend in Budapest. We met up with friends studying abroad across Europe, and jam packed the weekend with great food, dancing and sightseeing. Floating around in the whirlpools at the thermal baths is a must-do here. We saved our energy for a night in the Ruins Bars and boy am I glad we did. Each stop we made had countless rooms and halls each with unique themes, drinks and music. I'd visit Budapest again just to spend a week bar hopping! If you ever have the opportunity to spend even a night in Budapest- walk the river, explore the historical sights, visit the Ruins Bars, dive into the thermal bars, and try the Paprika chips, you won't regret it!
